Warning: I am a Reagan republican. The GOP of today bares very little resemblence to my Republican party. So stop believing that what you say is always RIGHT just because the GOP says it's so. Sheep are cute animals but they will follow any voice that is familiar to them simply because it is safe & familiar.

Sorry to hear about the problem with the link "gort", but anyway the "heart" of the article was that Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy had made a statement on a radio talk show that if Judge Roberts "did not pledge his support for Roe v. Wade," that he (Leahy) would not vote for his confirmation to the Supreme Court.
BTW: I just tried pasting the link, and had no problems
So he doesn't vote for him. Roberts will be confirmed with probably 90+ votes.
I agree "gort," its the blatant arrogance of Leahy's statement that was very disturbing.
He will be confirmed and he will start a process that will return our country to the moral level of the pre-liberal era.
