STATE MOTTO'S TELL STORY ABOUT AMERICA, BUT ARE WE LISTENING???

Some time ago while doing some internet research, I came upon a list of State mottos, some are worth sharing, as I believe they tell a story of the history and heritage of our Country.

1. Alabama--"Audemus jura nostra defendere" (Latin) "We dare defend our rights."

2. Delaware-- "Liberty & Independence"

3. Colorado--"Nil sine numine" (Latin) "Nothing without Providence"

4. Hawaii--"Ua mau ke ea o ka aina i ka pono" (Hawaiian) "The life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness."

5. Missouri--"Salus populi suprema lex esto" (Latin) "Let the good of the people be the supreme law."

6. Ohio--"With God All Things Are Possible (Matthew 19:26)

7. Pennsylvania--"Virtue, Liberty and Independence"

8. South Dakota--"Under God the people rule"

From where I sit, the message is quite clear and self-explanatory. I'm just wondering if anyone is paying attention--FOR THE SAKE OF OUR GREAT NATION, I CERTAINLY HOPE SO!
