Poor Justice Nigro--oops that's former Justice Nigro. He feels picked on by the people of Pennsylvania because he was the first casualty the voters vented their anger on as a result of the outrageous pay raise that was underhandely passed in July.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to recall accusations of collusion between the Judiciary and the Legislature--You know--give us a favorable ruling on the slots bill, and we'll see that you get a raise. I'll bet that the General Assembly and their minions on the State Supreme Court will have real short memories on that score? Obviously the voters did not--and I say GOOD FOR THEM!!
Methinks, it's time for Members of the Legislature who acquiesed in this outrage that has been perpretrated on the citizens of Pennsylvania to start looking over their collective shoulders.
Here's a couple of important dates to remember:
1. PRIMARY ELECTION--MAY 16, 2006
2. GENERAL ELECTION--NOVEMBER 7, 2006
DON'T FORGET TO MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!
Nov 11, 2005
WAH WAH WAH!!! (Sounds like sour grapes)
