HOW DID YOUR REPRESENTATIVE VOTE ON THE "HATE CRIMES BILL?"

HR 1592, the so-called Local Law Enforcement Hate Crime Prevention Act of 2007 was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives by a vote of 237-180. Check the link to see how your Congressperson voted. Stay tuned for Senate Action.

SIDEBAR: The President has indicated that he will VETO this legislation, calling it unnecessary.

NOTE TO PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENTS: Both Arlen Specter and Bob Casey, Jr., are co-sponsors of the bill that is pending before the U.S. Senate.

Twenty-five Republicans crossed party lines to support the bill -- four of those were from Pennsylvania. This is crazy!!! My rep Tim Holden(D)gets a "F". Time they listen to the people or we need to clean sweep the house!
