In all seriousness, when did we give rights to children under 18? - His parents are claiming this is a violation of Free Speech; sorry no it isn't and those who read here regularly know that I am a staunch defender of the Constitution (as written). You are entitled to the rights granted under the Constitution upon reaching the age of maturity. While this age can be debated; it has generally been accepted as age 18.
