I attempted to read the gross misjustice that is the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009" and I encourage you if you have nothing better to do than slit your wrists that you contemplate reading it as well as in doing so it will make your reasons for your demise much clearer!!
I read 30 pages of the 647 page document and found that I was $247 Million into the "act" and it had accomplished literally nothing more than funding those who will oversee and manage the bill. WOW - then pages 100- 300 layed out the terms in which we would plant grass seed, refuse to allow the state of Illinois any access to the funds while Blogovichenism was being practiced, 250 Million would be needed to rectify previous spending acts of congress and we hadn't created one single new job! -

I'm 16 years old and a Conservative that believes strongly in the ideals of Ronald Reagan. Strong Defense, Laissez Faire economics, and low taxes. On that note what has this country come to? That we have to spend this much money ruining the fiscal security of my generation. That my grandchildren will be paying off this first of three "economic stimulus plans." We just need to ride this out for a little bit longer, the government is the one who started the problem, so the people should be the one's that fix it. We need to save our money, live within' our means, pay the bills/taxes. Shouldn't our government do the same. I leave you with this thought ladies and gentlemen, At what point our we willing to give up our freedoms, of which makes this country great and the hope for billions of people in the world, for fiscal security?
