As the "article link" to today's Patriot-News will clearly indicate, the title of this posting is quite accurate. Our esteemed Legislators are using a loophole to skirt the constitutional ban on raising lawmakers salaries until the next Legislative term. The term "unvouchered expenses" is a slap in the face to every citizen/taxpayer of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and WE should remember this when we go to the polls in November!!
