Our Next President: Gov Bill Owens

I assured my wife after the presidential election campaign that I would give her a vacation from politics until 2006, sue me I'm weak -

I was quite sure that come the '06-'07 primary elections I would be squarely entrenched in Sen Rick Santorum's camp working for him (with his many flaws). That has changed. While I still believe that the Senator is a fine man and a quality candidate, I will put my support behind him only if my first choice decides not to enter the race. Should he decide to enter the race, Governor William Owens will be the next President of the United States.
