Should States be forced to educate Illegal's?

Illegal Immigrants who come to this country to find work and stay do more than utilize critical community services such as police protection, transportation, health services, they are also burdening our school systems. All the while, these families do so without the obligation to the taxes that fund these services. The great majority of these occupiers do not own homes yet send their children into our local school districts for their education, free and without encumbrances leaving the cost of this education to be provided by homeowning documented citizens of the United States. This has added yet another element to the ever-rising cost of public education which is already at the breaking point.

The proposed legislation by President Bush basically gives a free ride to those whom would be classified as "Guest Workers" in the aspect of citizenry as well as the costs of raising and educating their children. This will be impossible to overcome no matter the linguistic naming convention used to describe them.

Illegal aliens are in this country without documentation, and with that also without rights. The resolution of this is not an easy choice for politicians, that is agreed. However, it is the primary responsibility of these elected officials to make tough choices. There is no reasonable or acceptable choice that can be made that does not involve protecting and defending the laws of our country. If you are here without a green card, without documentation, then you go home. Come back using the proper channels and we, as Americans will welcome you with open arms. You will be free to take advantage of all the rights of citizenry including the previously mentioned community services and you will be paying your fair share of the costs as well. This is not a time for amnesty, this is a time for administrative responsibility.
