Ruling Evidence of Lack of Understanding

"For over two hundred years, our people have trusted these processes to restrain their officials from abusing the power of office and making a mockery of our laws," Kane wrote. "It is not for this court to alter the course of history now."

This statement from U.S. District Judge Yvette Kane is even more evidence that the courts of this country do not have any understanding of their place in our democracy. If it is not "for this court to alter" then WHO's place is it to retrain officials from abuse of power? It is in fact the constitutional duty! of our courts to perform these checks and balances against a wandering legislature. It is their sworn duty to interpret and enforce the laws of the country, in this case the State of Pennsylvania.

These infantile elitists haven't a clue. Most (not all) are very happy living high on the hog compliments of the legislatures that they are sworn to reign.

This is just another example of how we (the people) MUST become ever more vigilant and involved in voting out members of the legislative body who overstep their bounds and also take a renewed interest in judicial retention elections in the future!

Would you have expected anything less, PA? After all these moronic judges benefited from the arrogance of our Legislature.

Actually - THIS moronic judge didn't (actually a US District Court judge ruled on it) but it provides ample evidence that they all are constitutional idiots OR would simply rather plead ignorance
