If you thought the Democrats obstructed the President on Judicial nominations, when they were the "minority" party, you really haven't seen anything yet, now that they've taken control of the both houses of the United States Congress. This is of particular concern to this individual considering the impending retirement of Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens.
I had previously written on this "blog" that a truly conservative Court might be on the horizon, however in light of recent events, this now seems quite unlikely. And let's be clear, Judicial nominations will not be the only issue facing a possible Democratic road block.
Conservatives need to be more vigilant than ever and make sure that their voices are heard on the critical moral issues that are facing our Country, because this will more certainly NOT be a priority on the new Democratic Majority's Agenda.
