Seat Belts & Helmets

"Click it or Ticket!" How many times have you heard or seen those words? Well here's another question for you to ponder, at least as far as Pennsylvania Law is concerned anyway? How is that those who drive cars or trucks are REQUIRED to wear their seat belts, or face a second citation from police if they are stopped for a moving violation, but motorcycle riders HAVE THE OPTION TO WEAR OR NOT TO WEAR THEIR HELMETS? Talk about a gross contradiction. I think my step-daughter hit the nail on the head when she said: "THAT'S BULL!" And I couldn't agree more.
