PANDORA'S BOX

OK, the title may be a little cryptic, but that's how I feel about all the talk about bailing out the U.S. Automakers.

Sorry, folks but you get NO sympathy from this individual for your greed and bad business decisions. If you're swimming in an ocean of red ink, don't expect the TAXPAYERS to come to your rescue.

First it was AIG and the mortgage industry, now it's the Auto manufactuers. Who's going to be the next to come calling on the Government/taxpayers with their hand out, because of bad business decisions or downright greed?

You can use whatever catchy phrase you want, but it all comes down the same--open Pandora's box, remove the cork from the bottle, let the cat out of the bag, etc., the taxpayer will pay and pay and there will be no end in sight.

I know I sound like I have no compassion, but if a private family or small business makes a bad decision, they bear the responsibility of that decision, the same should be true for big corporations instead of using the pockets of the taxpayers like a revolving door.
